WELCOME TO SEDREGROUP

SEDREGROUP (Sedimentary Reservoirs Workgroup) is an international research team. Some of its researchers have more than two decades of experience in the fields of stratigraphy, sedimentology and petrology of reservoirs. They also have a long tradition organizing and leading fieldtrips in southern Spain for petroleum industry professionals and academic institutions.

Our fields courses constitute an offer of training for petroleum industry professionals. They are aimed at E&P geologists, geophysicists and engineers working mainly with subsoil data and needing a better understanding of the stratigraphic architecture, lithofacies composition, geometry of sedimentary bodies and heterogeneites distribution within reservoir rocks. Professionals focusing on geological carbon dioxide storage may also be interested.
